The 17th day of every month is my favorite cause that's my birthday date... in November though. Same as Jeff Buckley... and Martin Scorsese too! I can't help pointing that out. Ha!

I've been spending most of my time lately getting my band together. I had auditions over at MI. It was soooooo much fun! Way better than any birthday I ever had and I love my birthday! It was really sweet to sit and listen to all these lovely students playing my songs. I'm so used to being on the other side of the table... it's a lot less nerve wracking to be the one who just sits there and listens... You were all very brave. Thanks so much to all of you and I wish we could have seen even more of you guys but there was only so much time! At least I got to go up to sing with some of you! I enjoyed that very much!!!

I have all of these random pictures I'm going to post! I went to Palm Springs... it was very hot. I didn't know what to do with myself. I handle cold weather much better...

Hello hello, hope you are having a nice Sunday! I had a good week, been starting to put my live band together...I'm pretty excited about getting out of the studio and start doing shows again! If you happen to live in LA and are interested in auditioning for my band please lat me know!

Anyhow, I love street art and always take pictures of different things when I see something I like and use it as a screensaver on my phone. And then I happened to be invited by a friend to this movie called "Exit through The Gift Shop". I had no expectations or any idea what it was about but it was pretty, pretty, pretty great! (I'm also a Larry David fan!) If you see anything this month see this one!! I took some pictures of the screen just to give you a glimpse and cause I like you so much!!

Oh it's been a little while... hope you missed me!!

I've had a great session today with a new writing team here in LA. Ryan and Nolan.

We wrote a happy all in love type of love song...a little bit like my song 'See Through'. Same vibe. I have a feeling about this one. But don't I always? Well, I think I have an extra strong feeling now!!

This week I was writing with a british songwriting team called ‘the nexus’ which exists of two very talented guys called james bauer-mein and david sneddon. David told me he was in a talent show in the UK called Fame Academy and won the whole thing.(I think the contest is something similar to Idol). Well, he could definitely sing and is a great songwriter too. David and James met while on tour and realized they were a great songwriting team and are doing really well right now! Nice! It was a pleasure writing with both of them while they were in town!

Done for the Day!

A little jet lagged but happy to be back in LA. Sweden was lovely and being home is always so nice!! Everything feels safe in Sweden. Maybe cause it's all so familiar to me and there is this big safety net for everyone! Although someone once told me that safety is just an illusion. Oh well! Anyhow, here are some mixed pictures from my last week or two! Got to spend some time with my old friend Jennifer Brown. She's a fantastic Swedish singer and has been doing this a little longer than me... she's always full of inspiration! Go check her out!
